Hotel Nova Bentbasa - Sarajevo

Everything is very good about this hip new hotel, would be happy to recommend. Thanks a lot for the pleasant stay with great service and lovely staff. Every staff member is caring and attentive and strives to meet your needs. the location is magnificent and unbeatable and they have parking onsite. the restaurant is lovely and the food is delightful.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was modern. The local staff was exceptionally nice and super-friendly. Recommend this place and would want to stay there again.

The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, and the hotel is located in a great entertainment district.

The a twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was fashionable. The location was favourable and stunning - ease of access to Sarajevo City Hall. To be honest I loved how incredibly friendly the staff is, would come here again.

we asked for double room and it was wonderful for such quality. the staff was wonderful, lovely, and everything was brand-new.

Conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to get around 🚋. the rooms here are super comfy and come with hypoallergenic pillows, which are just perfect for a good night's sleep.

This place is in a stunning location, just a short walk from everything we wanted to visit, and the luxurious rooms with a great view are maintained by the fantastic staff.

Rooms here are spotless and pleasant, located in a pretty nice area towards the East side of the city. the food is seriously appetizing and just fantastic. Overall, had a really great stay with nothing to complain about! 🌟

The hotel is conveniently situated near the old bazaar, Sarajevo center, and the Old Town. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious food and drinks. The double room I stayed in was air-conditioned and had a great view. The staff were extremely helpful and respectful. The location is excellent, being close to Gazi Husrev-beg's Museum and the river.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming old town. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me plenty of tips on what to see and do in the area. The hotel restaurant served excellent dinner both nights. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great with its warm welcome, airport shuttle, and mini-tour highlighting the history of the area. The renovated rooms were comfortable with large beds and nice bathrooms. The owners provided excellent assistance and even upgraded my room. The hospitality here is unmatched.

The hotel had a perfect location in the heart of the city. It was close to the most interesting points in the area, which made it easy for us to get around. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They always went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We also loved the amazing food in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious and gave us a true taste of the local cuisine.

The wifi was unreliable and weak. It was hard to get online and stay connected.
